- Take a pan put onion tomatoes garlic ginger cashew/almonds green and black cardamon bay leaf cloves b.pepper butter salt green.chillies together and cook for about 1/2hour.
- When it cools down grind it and strain it to get a smooth and silky gravy
- Now make koftas. Chopped onion bread slice garlic green chillies
- And grind it with chicken mince
- Mix them.properly and make a small koftas like this.
- Now cook koftas in the strained gravy.
